Sometimes it is hard to explain but you know something doesn’t feel right. You might be aware that you continue to repeat patterns but your efforts haven’t created lasting change. “Stuckness” in neurobiology occurs when the brain locks us into unproductive and distressing patterns—despite our best efforts to change. Shifting these patterns within the nervous system leads to lasting change.

Additionally, sometimes our jobs require us to be face to face with traumatic conditions, Strategies like mind-over-matter, or “tough it out” frequently don’t work because we can’t think our way out of traumatic experiences. Together we will help you build new neural networks to integrate past experiences and real-time tools for current stressors.
